Pavel is a UX design leader and educator with 20+ years of experience driving digital transformation through human-centered design, accessibility, and data-informed strategy. As the founder of UX Design Lab and an adjunct professor, he’s mentored countless emerging designers while helping companies align product vision with real-world impact. His work blends design thinking, AI, and inclusive practices to build smarter, more ethical user experiences.

Jordi is a versatile product leader with a deep background in mobile app strategy, performance marketing, and team development.
