At Brady UX, we believe in the power of collaboration and innovation to drive exceptional design. Our mission has always been to improve people’s lives through thoughtful, user-centered solutions, but as we continue to grow, we’re doing more than just building great products. We’re building a global community of designers, developers, product experts, and innovators who are committed to sharing knowledge, sparking creativity, and transforming ideas into impactful results.

Our Journey: Expanding Beyond UX Design

Since launching in 2023, Brady UX, co-founded by myself, Christopher Brady Starr, and my partner, Olya Androsik, has been on an exciting journey of growth and discovery. Together, we’ve worked on projects like Be MRI Safe for HealthierForms, and Comet for 1st90, examples of how we integrate human-centered design with cutting-edge technology. This project set the stage for the kind of meaningful work we aim to accomplish—improving patient safety through innovation and design thinking.

With our continued growth, we’re excited to introduce new talent to our roster, including:

  • Erik Fiala, Senior Product Designer, with 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS design and product growth. His skills in UX and technical SEO make him a vital part of our future projects.

  • John Akinci, UI/UX Designer, whose attention to detail and user-friendly design ensures that every experience we create not only looks great but also functions seamlessly.

And to help expand our client partnerships, we’ve brought on Jacqueline Albright as our new Partnership Manager. With her deep background in operations and startups—dating back to our time together at Lyft—Jackie will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and helping us scale our network to meet the growing demands of businesses looking for user-centered solutions.

Building a Curated UX Community

In addition to expanding our internal team, we’ve been hard at work cultivating a highly curated Slack community filled with some of the brightest talents in UX design, product management, AI, and more. Our community is more than just a Slack group—it’s a space where industry leaders, from all backgrounds, come together to share insights, provide support, and collaborate on new opportunities.

Our group thrives on diversity, innovation, and a shared commitment to advancing UX and product design. Each member brings their unique experience and perspective to every discussion, opening doors to new ideas and transformative solutions.
